The sustainable hardwoods for this collection are mango and rubberwood. Mango was chosen for the dining table for its brilliant grain characteristics. The trestle base, chair backs, and legs are made from solid rubberwood. Not only does rubberwood have exceptional strength and density properties, but its subtle grain texture also allows it to blend seamlessly and establish the solid mango tabletop as the collection’s distinct focal point. The 6-step Valspar finish in burnished honey enhances the natural traits and mild distressing of the hardwood while adding a warm, even tone.
Additionally, special features were integrated into this collection that makes entertaining guests simple and convenient. The trestle dining table extends and ensures an easy, 1-person operation due to the pairing of an equalizing cable glide system with a self-storing butterfly leaf. The dining chairs have incorporated thick foam cushions and Pirelli webbing into the oversized faux leather upholstered seating. Together, the solid hardwoods, proven construction techniques, and thoughtful features combine to create a beautiful dining collection that will provide you with years of lasting enjoyment.
