1. Frames - 10 Year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing faults and defects.
2. Reclining Mechanism - 10 Year Warranty from date of purchase including springs, headrests and inclining mechanisms.
3. Motors - 10 Year warranty from date of purchase against failure due to manufacturing faults and defects.
4. Leather - 10 Year Warranty from date of purchase against defects under normal use. Leather must be cleaned and conditioned in accordance with our "LEATHER CARE" guide. Warranty does not cover arising from natural patina or aging of the leather.
5. Cushion - 10 Year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects from loss of natural from due to compression of springs or High density foam.
6. Stitching - 10 Year warranty from date of purchase including button tufting and seams. Warranty does not cover "Fraying" due to repetitive caused by misuse or improper cleaning.

All dex10 leather seating comes with a 10 year limited warranty.
This warranty applies to defects in products that are used exclusively for personal use by original purchaser.
The warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accidental damage, sun-fade, misuse or normal wear and tear per leather patina.

Warranty must be registered with dex10 within 30 days of delivery to be valid. dex10 reserves the right to extend coverage at its sole discretion should damage occur that is not cover under the dex10 Limited10 Year Warranty.
