My new couch is AMAZING. The leather is top quality and I love that there is USB ports in the recliner! As a person in retail sales it was way better to deal with Dex10 than going to some big box furniture store. No negotiating and haggling over furniture that is substandard and not near as good of quality. Definitely recommend Dex10 to anyone that wants an easy experience and great value for their money.
Experience was great from inquiries all the way to warranty. Geoff was great and personable, even though we only chatted over SMS, he did a fine job to address our concerns. Price of the sofa was unbelievably affordable. We did a special order, which took a little over three months to arrive, but it was worth the wait.
